Decatur area residents gathered Thursday, August 15 at Legacy Park to review a proposed new circulation plan addressing roads, pathways, permeable parking areas, grass-structured on-street parking, and more. The effort is among the goals of the Legacy Park master plan.
The plan reflected input provided at the project’s earlier meeting last December.
